Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays unless we loathe that particular holiday and decide to work.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim as we make and ship every item by hand, if it becomes damaged while we create, we simply will not ship until it's perfect.
